1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been placed and payment processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
2. Accuracy of Order Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all billing and shipping details are correct at the time of purchase.
- We do not make changes to orders once they are confirmed.
- Incorrect information may result in delays or failed delivery.
3. Hygiene & Sanitation Policy
Due to strict sanitation guidelines, including COVID-19 safety measures:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair extensions, wigs, or hair care products.
- Once opened or used, products are considered final sale and cannot be resold.
4. Product Condition
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for:
- Hair that has been altered, processed, colored, or manipulated in any way.
- Bundles that have been unwrapped or installed.
5. Professional Installation Recommended
To maintain product quality and ensure the best results, we recommend:
- Co-washing hair before installation.
- Using a licensed professional for all hair services.
6. No Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange request that does not meet our policy requirements. All decisions are final.
